
Ron is an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, serving
corporations and leaders in both for-profit and non-profit
organizations. Ron also assists YFC by guiding the staff and
various program for this local chapter - working with the
local Board of Directors to help to oversee the ministry.
In addition to his work as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, Ron is an adjunct professor of “Organizational Leadership” at Greenville College. Ron and his wife, Martha, have been married for 26 years and have three children. Ron has a PhD in “Organizational Leadership” from Regent University, VA; a Bachelor and Masters Degree in “Electrical Engineering” from the University of Illinois; and a “Masters of Religion” from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL.

Amanda has been with YFC for over 3 1/2 years and worked as
a PR & Marketing Manager for a hobby company prior to coming
to YFC. Amanda is also very involved in the Real Life Young
Mom’s Outreach program at YFC. Amanda attends the weekly
meetings as a mentor mom and overseas the check-in process.
Amanda has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the
University of Illinois and has over 10 years of experience
in Marketing & PR.

Michel is married to Brian and they have 4 children; Dustin,
Darrin, Zea, and Carson. They currently reside in St.
Joseph, Illinois where they have lived since 1989. Michel
has a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education from Olivet
Nazarene University, as well as a Master’s of Education in
Counseling and Guidance from Eastern Illinois University.
Michel taught 1st, 2nd, 7th and 8th, grades in St. Joseph
Illinois for 10 years. After receiving her master’s degree
she worked as a counselor at Franklin Middle School in
Champaign, Illinois. She also was at home with her children
for 6 years. Michel started working with Youth for Christ in
the fall of 2007. Michel loves working with teen moms. Her
three oldest children are adopted and all three were born to
teenage mothers. That is where Michel’s passion to help
young moms began. Working with the teen moms of Real Life
has been a privilege and a joy. The Maroon’s attend Windsor
Road Christian Church in Champaign, Illinois. Michel’s
desire is to follow Isaiah 1:17 - "Learn to do right! Seek
justice, encourage the oppressed. Defend the cause of the
fatherless..."

Ken graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 1991 with a
Bachelors Degree in Social Work and a minor in Criminal
Justice. He volunteered with Youth for Christ through
college and then came on staff in 1991. Ken was the City
Life Director at Kankakee Area Youth for Christ for fourteen
years. During that time he had the opportunity to serve on
the National Urban Task Force for YFC. In 2005, Ken and his
family moved to Thessaloniki, Greece to help start a
youth/young adult ministry and to train youth leaders in a
local church. After two years, the Tueck’s moved back to
Illinois to continue working with youth in an urban
community. Ken has been married to Esther for ten years and
they have two children Cole(6) and Ava(4).

Dan has been working with YFC and Mahomet Campus Life since
2000, serving first as a volunteer, then as the Club
Director in Mahomet, Illinois. He is also entering his 12th
year at Mahomet-Seymour High School, where he teaches math
and coaches various athletic teams in the weight room. He is
originally from Joliet, IL and graduated from the University
of Illinois in 1998. His hobbies include weightlifting,
reading, golfing, biking and writing.
